The following documents govern the sale of COMAX products and the provision of related services by Courser Incorporated. All orders for COMAX products and all service engagements are subject to the applicable terms set forth in these documents. Customers are advised to review the documents relevant to their transaction.

Limited Warranty

Sets forth the warranty terms applicable to COMAX II and COMAX II+ Laser Level Measurement Systems and replacement parts, including warranty coverage, the warranty period, the procedure for warranty claims, exclusions, and the international shipping provisions governing warranty returns and repairs.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

Document Revision: 1.2  ·  Effective: January 1, 2025

Governs the sale of COMAX products, including order acceptance, return of non-defective products, restocking fees, payment terms, shipping and delivery, and order cancellation. These Terms supersede any conflicting terms in a Buyer's purchase order unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
